Set the tone of your match and make it easier on how you officiate. Eliminating
the hard tackles early on will set
the tone for the remainder of the match and sometimes an early card is warranted.
Talking to the players using 3 letter sentences helps.
"Knock it off"; "I’m watching you"; "Don’t be silly" are simple effective tools to use to maintain Law and Order on
the fields. Use your personality to keep order.
